  • Customized and Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of customized products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Event Services: Once an event service has been provided, it is non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
  • For rental items, the return must be made within the agreed rental period.

  • Event Services: Event service bookings can be canceled up to 7 days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
