2. Free Domestic Shipping

  • Free shipping across India applies automatically at checkout without minimum order value theventspot.in.
  • Partner courier carriers ensure safe delivery from our Bengaluru warehouse.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
  • Custom, elaborate, or larger-scale décor setups may require 3–7 business days, to be communicated at time of booking.

We are not liable for delays due to:

  • Natural disasters, traffic, strikes, or courier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Act-of-God or government restrictions

9. Returns & Damages

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We offer free replacements or full refunds for confirmed damages.
  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unused, sealed items within 7 days, subject to restocking fees.

10. Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment modes: Visa/MasterCard, UPI, net banking, COD.
  • Cancellations:
    • Full refund for unprocessed orders
    • 50% refund for custom orders in processing
    • No refund available after dispatch or event day
